Dr. Zegarra is a board-certified endocrinologist at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital, where he has been part of the medical staff since 2021. He provides care to patients at the hospital’s main campus in St. Petersburg, Florida, as well as at the Outpatient Care location in Tampa.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine and completed his residency at Jackson Memorial Hospital – University of Miami. He then pursued advanced training through a fellowship in endocrinology at Stanford Health Care – Stanford University in California.
In addition to his work at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Zegarra serves as the Medical Director for Baby Faces MedSpa, where he collaborates closely with Nurse Practitioner Gabriela Ramos Castrovinci. Together, they combine advanced medical training and an artistic approach to aesthetics, wellness, and regenerative medicine — offering patients cutting-edge treatments in hormone therapy, weight management, and aesthetic injectables.
